92Steps - In-House Original Music

A one-man alternative rock album grounded in punk & indie roots. We’re talking sloppy playing, loose singing, and not a care in the world for the nerds who demand technical riffs & solos. Founder of Deftly Loud Riley Schindler wrote, recorded, produced & mixed the album in his Minneapolis home, his parent’s cabin, and ‘not-so-secretly’ in his company’s leased 475sqft office. The record marks his first genuine musical release, and the creation of 92Steps. ‘Skunk Radio Demos’ doesn’t need to be seen as anything other than a collection of poorly-mixed pop songs feeling the all-too-common yearn for the 90s, but the careful ear will find a record that tragically wrestles with spirituality, gluttony, and consequence.
